Hotel covers area about 3 acres with well primed courtyards.
The hotel houses 129 well appointed rooms and suites, outstanding business facilities, modern wellness facilities, a fitness centre and swimming pool.
The hotel is strategically located 3 km’s from the airport and 5 km’s from the railway station, placing it in the heart of the city.
Travelers to the surrounding places of Akkalkot, Gangapur, Tuljapur and Pandharpur will find it in their best interests to break journey there.

Data Collection:
Data Collection of data means a purpose gathering of information relevant to there subject matter of research from the unit of population under research.
There are two types of “Data Collection”.
Primary Data:
“The data which is collected fresh, for the first time and which is original in character is called as primary data.” It is also called as first hand data.
Sampling Method: We completed our survey by using method of Simple Random Sampling.
Sampling Size: We did survey of 50 customers in Solapur City. (Out of which 7 people are Businessman, 9 people are Serviceman & remaining 34 are others.)
Data collection: For complete our survey we did personal interview.
Data collection tool: For survey we have used Questionnaire. (The questionnaire for the members was a structured questionnaire.)
Period: For complete our survey the period was 7 Days.
Secondary data: The data that has been already collected by and readily available from other sources is known as secondary data. Such data are cheaper and more quickly obtainable than the primary data. Sources of Secondary Data:

FINDINGS
FINDINGS1) From the survey it was found that out of 50
respondents/customers 76% of respondents are Male while 24% of respondents are Female.
2) From the survey it was found that the age group of 15 years – 25 years has 27 customers out of 50 that is 54% . This is because youth enjoys all the services of Balaji Sarovar than others.
FINDINGS(3) Out of 50 customers 14% customers Businessman, 18% are serviceman while 68% are others. This shows that services of Balaji Sarovar is famous in all fields & any person from any field enjoys their service. (4) From the survey of 50 customers it was found that the salary of customer are: 25001 – 35000 are 54% customer 35001 – 45000 are 14% customer 45001 – 55000 are 14% customer More than 55000 are 18% customer. This
shows that services are affordable for everyone.
FINDINGS(5) From the survey it was found that out of 50 customers; 80% of customers visited hotel 1 – 3 times, 14% of customers visited 3 – 5 times while only 6% of customers visited more than 5 times.
(6) From survey it was found that 50% of customers got awareness/knowing about Balaji Sarovar by their friends, 22% of are by relatives while 14% of customers are with the help of advertisement and 14% are by other sources.
FINDINGS7) From survey it was found that the frequency of visit of customer to Balaji Sarovar are as follows: “Number of respondents who visited Balaji Sarovar weekly they are 2, respondents who visited Balaji Sarovar monthly they are 6, number of customers who visit Balaji Sarovar on special occasion they are 28 & the number of customers who visited Balaji Sarovar any time (other) they are 14.” This means they provide good quality service in peak season as well as slack season.
FINDINGS8) From the survey it was found that the distance is convenient for 80% of customers while the distance is inconvenient for 20% of customers.
9) It was found that 49 respondents i.e. 98% of respondents are satisfied with parking system of Balaji Sarovar. This means that the parking system of Balaji Sarovar is very nice.
FINDINGS10) After completion of our survey it was found that
maintenance/cleanliness of Balaji Sarovar is good according to 84% of responded i.e. 42 respondents. This shows that Balaji Sarovar maintained their hotel very nicely.
11) It was found that 88% of customers are satisfied with Menu items of Balaji Sarovar. This shows that Balaji Sarovar gives many verities in fooding.
FINDINGS12) After survey of 50 customers it was found that, according 68% of respondents quality of food is good in Balaji Sarovar. This shows that hotel gives quality in fooding.
13) From survey of 50 customers it was found that, 54% of customers are saying, the pricing of products are high.
FINDINGS14) It was found that overall service of Balaji Sarovar is Good as per 64% of customers. This means overall service of Balaji Sarovar is very nice and enjoyable.
15) In case of billing system of Balaji Sarovar, it was found that 54% of customers are not satisfied as it is average; according to them billing system should be fast.
FINDINGS16) From survey it was found that according to 86% of customer i.e. 43 customers, entertainment is available in Balaji Sarovar. This shows that customers can be entertained in Balaji Sarovar.
17) From survey it was found that 92% of customers are saying that there is proper security in Balaji Sarovar. This means Balaji Sarovar gives security to all their customers. There is no problem with security.

(1) Billing system of Balaji Sarovar should be fast.(2) Half plate should be made available.(3) Avoid wastage of food.(4) Pricing of products or service should be reasonable.(5) Everything is good in Balaji Sarovar.(6) Services should be fast.(7) Balaji Sarovar Should increase quality of food.(8) Other suggestions.(9) No suggestion.
