I have chosen to have 3 microphones because they connote group singing. So they represent the three boys that will be in the band.

The earth has been used to represent the ‘nation’ and shows that the band and their fans are as one. The ‘o’ is replaced by the earth to attract the audience more and it will easily fit in with the band name.

I have experimented with the fonts to see what styles will be suitable for a boy band. From research it shows that Boy bands use block/capital letters for the band name.

I was considering replacing the men with the boy band. But it will only be in black and white.

I have used the England outline for the logo to represent the nation. I have also used the same image in the name below but replaced the ‘I’. The band name is involved in the logo so it is clear to the target audience who the band are.

The colour of the country might be changed to the individual colour of each boy and the band name could be replaced with the member’s name.

The ‘1’ is replaced by the microphone. The microphone has been enlarged to show that they are a group and suggest that they sing together and are involved in everything as a band.

I have chosen to make a small logo as the others are much bigger. But I have included an earth to represent the ‘nation’ which is in the band name.

The earth has been incorporated into the title, “one nation”. The earth has been used multiple time because it’s the easiest way to recognise from an audience’s point of view. This is because they see the earth and think of ‘nation’ and so they will be attracted to listen to the band’s music and view the website.
