Throughout New England, middle and high schools have successfully incorporated a daily period of time for remediation and/or enrichment for all students, with great results.
How have schools been able to do this? Where did they find the time during the school day? It has to be additional work for the staff, right? How do they manage it? Has it been successful?

Back in late 2011, Conval High School in Peterborough, NH began to take a new look at how they were best supporting their students.
Based on a student asking for time for assistance.

Staff buy in, all involved
All students involved – not just for struggling students, struggling students getting more than help. Enrichment as well.
