FOLLOWERS: Followers are the group of individuals who follow the instruction of leader. Without followers no one will be the leadership.it implies the existence of the followers . leadership exists on three factors . The are leader ,followers and circumstances.Megha

Ability to influenceLeadership is the ability to influence behavior, conception, conducts and efforts of followers. if the followers accepts the order or direction of leader ,it makes easier to achieve goals. This ability comes with birth which can be sharpen later on.Megha

Common objectivesBoth the leader and follower have common objectives . This objectives binds them towards action . Leader inspires them towards objectives. If there is differences in the objectives of leader and followers ,leadership will not possible.

Unequal distribution of authority

There is unequal distribution of authority in leadership . leader keeps more authority while the followers have less . leader can directs while the followers can not direct the leader . therefore there is unequal distribution of authority in leadership.

SITUATIONALLeadership is base on the situational the circumstances . As the situation changes the style of leadership changes . Autocratic, democratic , free rein style depends up on the situation of organization and ability of followers.

CONTINUOUS PROCESSLeadership is the continuous process . It requires regular communication between leader and followers. Leader directs, guides and influence followers regularly. The regular guidance and direction helps to attain objectives of organization.

EXEMPLARY CONDUCTThe leader must have very distinct character and conduction, thought, ability and capability.He must have such conduct to win the confidence of followers.Megha

MOTIVATIONAL ACTIVITYLeadership the art of influencing people to change habit thought and attitude. Leader must inspire followers by using positive motivational tools. He must praise them on good performances . Megha

INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPLeaders must keep good harmony and relationship to the followers. Leader only does not influence the follower sometimes the followers also affect the leader. Leader always be in contact with followers via any methods to keep sound relationship.Megha
