• William Shakespeare, arguably the most influential writer in history, particularly in the English language has had more literature written about him and his work than any other writer.
• There are entire theaters libraries, and periodical publications dedicated to him and those who write about him

• Love is the driving force and catalyst in nearly all of Shakespeare’s work, particularly his tragedies.

• His poetry is still recited by young lovers the world over.• Even Shakespeares comedies and the darker tales such as Lucrece are driven by a
perception of love in the main character.

• His work continues to inspire not just actors and poets, but writers of all kinds, musicians, and artists.
