•We may consider the European Comission challenge that all countries from the European Union will be able to converge into Lisbon 2010 frame in regards to acquisition of Key Competences, since quality education should presuppose these Keys acquisition so that Long Life learning turn into reality in the European Society.
To understand that Getting a Better Quality of Education means three concepts: Equity-Effectiveness and Inclusion
Getting the compromise in students being able to make the Key Competences their own long life learning, to belong as members of a knowledge Society.

RESPONSABILITIESEachdelegation will be responsible for an important part of the project.Spanish delegation is the coordinator of the web-site and pedagogical developmentItalian and Germany delegations are the coordinators of the general evaluationEstonian and Finland delegation are the coordinator of the final publication and productTurkish delegation is the coordinator of the international disseminationSpanish delegation is the coordinator of the total project.Each delegation is responsible for the planification of a Key Competence,only in an organizational way because all the compenteces should be developed at the same time.
