DESCRIPTION
Often when we think of ramping up the effectiveness of learning and supporting technologies, we think of the instructional designer at the centre of innovation. Wrong! Innovative practice in learning technology grows up in a community, a village, and in a social world with input and understanding from the village. The most effective impacts in learning technologies belong to and are shaped by this community.

• Work-real tasks as close to the real deal as possible
