About us

iStepup is well known educational startup operating in training, recruitment &

consultancy.

We focus on hybrid technology and have been placing students into top

companies. We started in the year 2010 and since then we have done

exceedingly well with a stunning 100% placement record.

Many fresh candidates strive for a good break in the IT industry. Sometimes

they struggle to get one due to low percentile and backlogs. Unlike most training

institutes, we train students without taking into consideration of their past

performance whether it is low percentile in previous year, backlogs, or year

gaps; though we appreciate high rankings or similar academic excellence but

• We are out to find the perfect fit for your demanding projects; businesses on

talent becoming more and more difficult. By the way we just happen to be

• Our goal is to provide quality courses in technology to at least 100

student/candidates and help them get suitable job within 6 months from the

date of course completion.

our students on live projects so that they can earn as well while they are

to become a ‘matchmaker’ in IT Field. We work on the

placement of professionals in permanent, contract or contract-

to-hire employment positions across all IT disciplines.

Consultancy

• We consult small & medium scale businesses and startups to get specified candidates and

we are expanding our contact-base by collaborating with independent consultants.

• So we are also willing to provide technical consultancy to other similar companies to help

them complete projects without hiring even a single candidate.

• How?

• A company is bidding for a project abroad but does not want to invest upfront in research &

development, recruit candidates on their pay-role or busy with another high profile

assignment, so we can jump in as a backup team to crack through that project and if we

got you a project we charge you a fixed consultancy fee.

• If your team has an idea and does not know how to implement it form the hybrid technology

perspective, that is where we come in as consultants and execute it for you.
