Target Audience The films maid by Film4 all have a very specific target audience. For example, The Inbetweeners 2’s target audience is those aged between 15 and 25 years of age. This could be a film for either males or female but some argue that males can connect with the film more effectively since all of the main characters are male.

However, Film4 as a whole does not seem to target a specific audience. They reach a wide range of audiences but their films are very audience specific.
