No on Vaccine Laws

Proposal

I am proposing that there should not be any law requiring every person in the United States to be vaccinated.

Reason 1: Vaccinations are not directly correlated with decline in sickness and disease

Reason 2: Vaccinations have proven ineffective and even deadly in many cases

Reason 1

Vaccinations have not been shown to be directly correlated with the decline in sickness, disease, and death rates in past decades.

National Network for Immunization Information

Vaccination is one of the greatest achievements of medicine and has spared millions of people the effects of devastating diseases.

Before vaccines became widely used, infectious diseases killed thousands of children and adults each year in the United States.

Personal story

The Journal of the American Medical Association

Although diphtheria is hardly the only infectious disease to have thus faded, its story is unique because the early period of its decline can be directly linked to advances in bacteriologic knowledge and practice.

Between 1880 and 1930 health authorities in New York City were responsible for much of the practical innovation in the control of diphtheria, as well as a good share of scientific progress.

The largest historical decrease in morbidity and mortality caused by infectious disease was experienced NOT with the modern antibiotic and vaccine era, but after the introduction of clean water and effective sewer systems.

received a series of three Gardasil shots

died suddenly and without explanation shortly after the third shot in June 2008

My sister(my parents first child), was vaccinated when she was born. Less than 57 days later she died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome(which is: the sudden death of an infant that is not predicted by medical history and remains unexplained after a thorough forensic autopsy and detailed death scene investigation).

None of my 3 live siblings or myself were vaccinated and we are still alive. Could vaccination be the unexplained cause of my sister dying so young?

Exemptions according to NNii

Religious Exemptions are allowed when immunizations contradict the parent’s sincere religious beliefs.

Philosophical exemptions refer to other non-religious beliefs held by the parents who do not believe that their child should be immunized.

Medical exemptions are determined by a physician.

Exemptions today

Mississippi and West Virginia are the only states that do not allow exemptions for religious reasons.

The 20 states that allow exemptions for philosophical reasons are Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, California, Colorado, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Proposal in other words

I am not saying that vaccines should be abolished and done away with.

I am just proposing that the government not make any law that would require the people in this country to have vaccines injected without any exemptions based on the ineffectiveness shown and increased mortality rates in some cases.
