What is SitterCycle?

We are a website providing nannies and caregivers certifications in a range of skills to provide care in everything from teaching early literacy, nutrition, and infant care.

What is a nanny?

• A professional entrusted to provide long term care for children

• May work part time to full time, but generally 40-50 hours a week

• Live in/live out of the household • Entrusted with the physical, emotional , and intellectual

development of a child• Difference between a nanny and babysitter:

More time spent with the child and responsibility

Goals of the course

• Learn about key areas including professional development and child development as it relates to you, the nanny

• Build on the social, emotional, mental, and physical well being of a child in your care

• Shape positive relationships with employers• Create a support group and mentorship for your

professional growth!

This course features:

• Case scenarios, videos, and ask for your reaction• Video sessions and group sessions with classmates• An exit interview to become certified• Coaching session and follow up call
