Before I exercise though I make sure to stretch so I do not hurt myself. Stretching is very important!

There are many ways to exercise. You can do it with your friends, your class, and even your family!

You can exercise almost anywhere! You can exercise on the playground, in a park, and at home. Just keep moving and you are exercising!

I am so proud of myself, i learned who to call when something bad happens.

Bicycle and Scooter Safety

My brother is teaching me how to rollerblade, before I can start having fun I need to put on all my pads, Safety first.

When I ride my bicycle I always wear a helmet. It protects my brain!

When i cross the street with my scooter or bicycle i always get off and walk across.

Today was the first day i rode my bicycle without training wheels, i had to make sure i was ready to ride with just two wheels first.

Online Smarts I love using the computer. I can always find so many fun games to play and can draw pictures on it by moving the mouse around and clicking dif-ferent things.

My parents told me that it is very important to ask them before ever getting on the computer or looking for games on the internet be-cause it can cause

My older sister has something called a Facebook. It is a place on the internet where she can talk to her friends and show pic-tures to them. I heard my par-ents talking to her about her Facebook. They told her that it is really important to keep everything safe and to not let any strangers be her friend.

My parents told her that she was only allowed to talk to peo-ple she knows on there, and to tell them if any stranger tries to talk to her. I’ll have to remember that when I am older and can get one my-self.

My mom and dad have always told me that it was important to take a bath every day if I can. I am getting a lot bigger, but sometimes I still need my mom’s help with my shampoo. I can wash my body with soap and make sure I get in between my toes too.

I always feel better after I am all clean. My parents get upset if I don’t want to take a bath because they want me to be clean and not stinky!

Every morning when I wake up, I have lots of things I need to go before I go to school. First, I wash my face with soap so it isn’t dirty. I then have to brush my teeth so they will be fresh and clean and have no leftover food in them!

After that, I f loss my teeth too. My mom says that this keeps them very clean and will help me not get any cavities at all.

After that, I brush my hair to make sure it looks nice and doesn’t have any knots in it. Sometimes my mom helps me with that too. Last, I pick out clothes to wear for the day, but my mom or dad usually makes sure it looks okay before I am ready to leave.

My teachers at school are always telling us how important it is to wash our hands. They say that we need to af-ter we use the bath-room, before we eat, and when our hands get dirty.

This will help stop germs from getting me sick.

Learn how to wash your hands correctly

You need to turn on warm wa-ter, get a few drops of soap, and scrub your hands together. I al-ways sing the Happy Birthday song and wash until it is over. You then need to rinse your hands off and dry them with a clean paper towel. This will help me stay healthy and clean!
