A group of people who are joined together through shared beliefs, ideas or values.
To choosing to lead a life in service to God and other people.
I will show you some images. I want you to write down how you think how they show someone responding to God.
Market place • Each table has an information sheet and an A3 sheet of paper • You need to create and information poster on the method of
responding to God that your group has.• You can only use 20 words! • You can use as many images pictures and symbols as you need to. • You need to explain if it is a group or individual type of worship.• How people use it to connect to God • Why people feel it might connect them to God
You have 10 minutes!

Is it individual or group worship.
Market place • Now you have your poster ready, nominate one person to stay with
you poster to be your expert • The rest of the group will be moving to other tables to fill in their
worksheets on each form of worship. • Once they are done return to your table and make sure everyone has
their sheets filled in.
Knowledge check • Do you know:• At least 3 ways religious believers can respond to God?• How believers can respond as part of a community? • How believers can respond as individuals?
Informing others • Using the information you have gathered and the text books you are
now going to create an information brochure about the different ways in which people can respond to God.
