Corruption or Misconduct Officer John Ryan displayed some misconduct to Cameron Thayers wife. Detective Graham Waters displayed a little bit of misconduct when he was smoking on scene, or around the evidenceOfficer Tom Hansen shot and killed Anthonys friend while he was giving him a ride and took offAnother part of corruption is when Flannagan tried to brush a murder of a cop under the rug to claim that the white officer was defending himself an convinces the Detective Graham Waters to accept this conclusion.

Ethical dilemmasAnthony and his friend stole a car and ran over a Chinese man and was unsure what to do with himAnother ethical dilemma was when Camerons wife was being searched inappropriately, and caused a dilemma for Cameron in how to respond.Anthony took the vehicle that was owned by the Chinese person that they ran over and noticed people locked inside.
