How do I enroll?

1. Enroll through the 4Life.com website a) Log onto 4life.com and select your country or, for example, go to Latvia.4life to sign up.

Enroll by Mail/Fax or Email a) Fill out your distributor application form b) Send the application to:

Original distributor application must be mailed/faxed to the 4life USA office within 30 days. How do I place an order?

1. Place your order at the 4Life website a) Log onto 4life.com and select your country or, for example, go to Latvia.4life.com to log in.

2. Place your order via fax or email.

a) To fax your order you can simply fax your completed order form to: 801-652-3611 or one of the Toll Free fax numbers listed above.

b) Email your completed order form to europe@4life.com Order payments can be made with ACH, CC [V, MC] any fax order payments by credit card need to have a copy of the front and back of the card attached for verification.

How to

Is an Autoship required? An AutoShip is not required however it is recommended to allow distributors to stay active and to generate possible commissions. Is the Compass required? No. Bonus Detail: Bonus is paid directly to distributor’s bank account. 4Life must have the Distributor’s Bank information in order for them to be paid bonus or the bonus will remain on their 4life account. Shipping information: Shipping Method: UPS or EU Postal Basic (in some countries) Shipping & Handling Charge: For product orders under 400€: Shipping charges will be equal to 7% of your wholesale total of each order (with a 7€ minimum). For product orders from 400-999,99€, shipping charges will be equal to 5% of your wholesale total of each order. For product orders above 1000€ shipping charges will be equal to 3% of your wholesale total of each order. Delivery Time: Packages shipped should arrive within 3-7 working days. Order Limit: Products are purchased for personal consumption. Maximum quantity of 6 per product. Drop Ship: Available to select countries within Europe.
