CESINE Business School established in 1993, is a bilingual (Spanish -English) private non-religious University

o Two Schools: School of Business and Marketing School of Engineering

o We have the authorization of the Government of Cantabria, according to the Royal Decree 557/1991 about the creation and recognition of Universities and University Centres, and the Organic Law 6/2001 on Universities.

o We have one of the biggest internship networks in Spain guarantee 100% of our students, work experience.

o We have the reputation as Northern Spain leading institution

Our historyOur history

• 1993: CESINE Business School is born, with the Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

•1994: The Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering begins.

•1995: CESINE becomes part of the University of Wales as an associated center.

•1996: The new CESINE Campus is opened in Menéndez Pelayo street, improving the campus facilities.

•1997: A Joint-Venture with ESIC is established in order to teach a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management.

•1998: CESINE obtains authorization by the Ministry of Education of theGovernment of Cantabria.

•2001: Agreement between CESINE and American University Washington DC.

•2002: The new CESINE campus is opened and the Executive MBA begins.

• 2003: The Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design and Multimedia Engineering begins.

•2005: The Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing begins.

•2006: CESINE’s graduates start receiving the notification for the validation of their degrees from the Ministry of Education.

•2007: The Master’s Degree in Golf Business Management begins at CESINE.

•2008: Agreement between CESINE, Dublin Business School and Athlone Institute of Technology.

•2010-2011: The agreements between CESINE and renowned international universities increase, like: Dun Laoghaire Institute of Technology, IDRAC Ecole de Commerce et de Management, International Business School of Law and Business Lithuania, Algoma University, Vancouver Island University, Saint Lawrence College, and Zealand Institute of Business and Technology.

• 2012: CESINE is awarded by the QS Star accreditation
