Being in Australia on exchange with QUT was one of the best years of my life. I didn’t know anyone when I arrived in Australia, so I felt very thankful that QUT had organised a number of welcome events where I had the chance to meet other people from all around the world and make new friends. The local students and lecturers were all very welcoming, and I was made to feel at home very early on.
QUT cares about its students. I recall that the exam periods could be very stressful, but QUT organised different activities to help students relax–including bringing farm animals and puppies on campus. It was something unique and fun.
I would encourage everyone to join this program and experience for themselves all of the wonderful things that QUT has to offer.
