Standard Crew Compliment:Maximum daily FDP for an Acclimatised crew member shall use the following table:

• Use the start time of the FDP (Adjusted to Reference Time Zone) and apply the number of sectors within the FDP.

• Should be done for each sector (Leg).

Maximum daily FDP for a crew member in an Unknown State of Acclimatisation shall use the following table:

• NOTE: The practice of inserting a short duty into a rest period of between 18 and 30 hours. In order to produce a rest period of less than 18 hours, thereby taking advantage of the longer FDP contained in Table B, is not permitted.

• Apply the number of sectors within the FDP. • Should be done for each sector (Leg).

The FDP must contain a break on the ground of no less than 3 hours (3:00).Is only applied as an extension to the Scheduled FDP Limits in OTAC(B).10 Maximum FDP

General Rule

• No more than 3 duties than overlap any portion of the time from 01:00 to 06:59 on consecutive calendar

days.• A Split Duty with less than 0:15 travel time from the suitable accommodation to report may reduce

the overlap period to: 01:00 to 05:59.• No more than 4 duties in any 6 consecutive calendar days.• Consecutive Duties are broken by a span of time from the end of one LF/ND/ES and the next:

• 14:00• At least as long as the preceding duty period;

• whichever is greater; and• Includes a Local Nights Rest (LNR) of no less than 8:00 sleep opportunity between 22:00 and 08:00.

A crewmember on “Regular Overnight Duties” may be assigned up to 5 consecutive CND under the following conditions:• Before starting a series of Consecutive Night Duties (CND), a crewmember must have been given a

rest period of no less than 36:00 preceding the start of the series. • No FDP during the series of CND may exceed 8:00. • At the end of the series of CND the crew member will be placed into 63:00 free from all duties.
