Adriamycin cardiomyopathy.• Works full time in a yarn factory • Stroke witnessed at 9:30AM. • 911 -> Hamilton Med Center -> Erlanger Med Center. • Unable to speak, blind on right, weak on the right.• NIHSS = 15 initially.•Not candidate for t-PA or MERCI/Penumbra Rx.

• 56 yo female. Unremarkable PMH.
• Went to bed at 8PM.
• Found by her husband 6:30AM
•In ER: Confused, Blind on the left, paralyzed on the left. NIHSS = 11.
•Out of the Window for t-PA, MERCI, etc.
•Etiology of stroke: Hypercoaguable state
