AIS Client Portal
The following slides illustrate highlights of the AIS Client Portal located at https://theautomatedsystem.com/pub/.

Start Here.
Click on the Client Login button, which will pop open a new browser window with the Client Portal login page.
Alternatively, you may bookmark the portal URL:

Client Portal Login.
Enter your login info.
Enter the CAPTCHA information, which changes every ~30 seconds. You’ll have multiple attempts before the system will lock you out.

Account Home page.
Navigation links are on the left hand side, while a summary of account information is shown in the middle section.
Important phone numbers are shown on the lower left for Account Rep, Billing, and Support.

My Tickets enables you to open / submit a new ticket in the top portion of the screen.
In the table, Open tickets are listed first, then previously Closed tickets.
Click on any of the links in the Ticket Summary section to drill down and view the details (see next slide for an example).

This is an example of a ticket drill-down where you may view all the details of a ticket’s history.

The Colo Server Reboot page is where you may submit a request for a server to be rebooted.
Note: you may also submit a reboot request via a general trouble ticket submission (see Slide 6) – it doesn’t have to be on this page.

Colo Visits Log is where you may view the data center visit history of everyone on your account by month.
Use the drop-down menu to select the desired month and year to be viewed.

DNS Manager is where you may view information on your assigned IP address space.
Click on an IP block to get more details about specific IPs.

View Balance/Invoices is the place to see your current account information as well as historical data pertaining to charges, payments, credits, etc.
Click on an invoice link to drill down into the specific statement

Payment Manager is an easy, secure interface through which to pay your bill using a credit card.

Monitor BW – Colo is where you may get a graphical representation of your bandwidth usage across different links.
Use the From and To selections at the top to adjust the reporting range.

Available Services shows all of the services associated with your account grouped by location: Cloud Space Power Bandwidth Remote Hands Professional Services
Click on any link (or the “+” symbols) to drill down into the details of a section.

Account Contacts shows the people listed on your account with their contact info and their varying levels of access.
People are listed in order of Escalation; the person on top will be contacted first.
This list also shows which people are allowed to remove hardware.

Colocated Hardware shows every piece of equipment that AIS has registered for your colocation environment, including location info.
Note the right-hand column, which indicates in yellow those items which have been removed from your environment.

Power Circuits shows all the electrical circuits associated with your account.
This list also indicates the rack, voltage, amperage, and current reading of each circuit.
Click on the current reading link to get a graph of recent usage (see next slide).

Power readings are taken every 5 minutes.
Graphs may be adjusted according to Start and End dates and times.
Current, maximum, usable, average, and 95th percentile measurements are shown for each graph.
Page 20
Power readings may also be viewed in list format in order to see the precise measurement data.
Again, the start and end dates and times may be adjusted to isolate certain observation periods.

Forms & Requests is where you’ll find the IP Address Allocation Form and the BPG Request Form.
