Introducing Your New Client Administrative Portal (CAP) Several of our Clients have expressed strong interest in utilizing an online Administrative service portal to expedite some simple tasks, that normally require TST Support Desk assistance. The Clients wanted to be able to perform these tasks themselves in about the same amount of time it takes to initialize a TST Support Ticket. Also, they want any changes they make to be immediately effective. We listened. Now, we are providing you with your own customized Client Administrative Portal, where your Assigned Administrators will be able to easily do the following: • Add a New User Account • Disable or Delete an Existing User Account • Reset the Password of an Existing User (Automatically resets the Email Password on TST Provided Mailboxes) To set up your Portal, we request that you provide us with the names and contact information of the Primary CAP Administrator, along with a Backup CAP Administrator. We will assign Usernames and Passwords for those two people.

CAP Benefits and Uses In the next few pages, we will guide you (CAP Administrators) through the processes of: • Add a New User Account • Disable or Delete an Existing User Account • Reset the Password of an Existing User In this instructional document, we will use screen shots of a Demo Portal, along with step-by-step actions to be taken. This set of instructions will illustrate the simplicity of the processes. Accessing CAP Open your regular web browser, preferably Internet Explorer, Sign in and proceed to the Main Portal Screen (Details on the next page). Only the Primary and Backup assigned CAP Administrators will have a Username and Password. The link to the sign-in screen is: https://panel1.mysolutionsteam.com:4444/Default.aspx?pid=Login&ReturnUrl=%2fDefault.aspx%3fpid%3dHome Your User Name will be _______________________ Your Password will be ________________________ Enter the username and password provided to you by The Solutions Team. If you do not remember your user name or password, please contact the TST Support Desk at (601) 933-1118, Option 2 or at [email protected].

Log In Screen This is the screen for CAP Administrators to log into the CAP system.

Enter Your Username and

Password Here and Click “Sign In”.

Main Portal Screen – User Accounts This selection will take you to the screen where you will be able to add a User Account, reset a User Account password,

remove a User Account.

Click on “Users”

Actions for Existing Users: • Disable a User Account • Re-enable a User Account • Delete a User Account • Reset an Account Password

Actions: • Create New User

Edit An Existing User Account This screen provides multiple change capabilities for Existing User Accounts - Reset Password / Disable User / Change
