volunteers; selective and capable students. This e-gate is unique because it

provides admission seekers with the ultimate academic admission service and

direct consultation with the institute itself or with the site manager to start

off their bright future.

• Academia provides complimentary services, absolutely free of charge, to the

respective Saudi approved scholarship countries for now only to U.S.

institutions. We provide our services with transparency and confidentiality

throughout the process of initiating a request until they reach the targeted

institute.

How it Work?• Students request admission in our website through an application that is

guided in Arabic. This application will require students to enter their data in English, in Order to be approved by the Admission officer in Academia

• If the Admission officer approves the request then it will be pocessed to the universities and Colleges section

• The university and College Agencies will have the chance to access all these data and download all the requests to review and choose the requests that fit the school requirements

• If the University or the College Agencies approve the request, an email will be sent to the student to notify him/her and provide the information of the agency

Application Fee?

As we mentioned earlier we don’t collect any money either from Students or

Colleges we provide our services for free and since we are international

student holding F1 Visa we are not allowed to collect money from both side.

If University have an application fee; Agencies are required to collect them

from student directly after they confirm admission approval in our system

first.

Is there a charge for using this service?

No, it’s completely free for Students and Agencies.

We are not promoting any University in our System we provide each agency

equal access to unlimited application download.

All schools who can access our data, we will put their logo and a direct link to

school website under partnership section.
