A day in the life of...

Michael Phelps is a very good swimmer

His club is the North Baltimore Aquatic Club

He's got a lot of medals

He's from the USA

He's 27 years old

He has brown and smooth hair, brown eyes and fair skin

He gets up at 6 o'clock and he goes to the swimming pool

He trains five hours a day, and he swims eighty kilometres a week.

For lunch, he takes half a kilo of pasta, two sandwiches of

ham and cheese with mayonnaise and energetic

drinks

For dinner, he takes pasta again, a big pizza and more

energetic drinks

After his daily five hours of training, he goes home

He has a shower

Finally he goes to bed at 11 o'clock and he rests to begin

a new day
