Apologies: Bilal Yavas - Turkey

1. Coordinator started our visit with presentation of the Castiglione del Lago Municipality project, which is developed jointly with Italia Nostra and Laboratorio dell Cittadino.

2. Simone presented Logo and website www.al4ed.wordpress.com which became fully operational and he urged partners to put some of their activities on it as well as to link with their organisations websites and social media.

3. We had thorough discussion on Pedagogical card and its design. Simone presented his draft before our meeting in Italy so Vesna and Kari commented and added some details useful for evaluation and we decided during the meeting to add dissemination plan.

4. Coordinator went through our initial plan in the Application Form and we checked against it what we have achieved so far and whether we are on the track with planned activities. Our specific focus was on partners’ tasks and the themes which each partner has to present during the mobility to their country.

5. The partners decided to keep Simone responsible for Communication via digital media. Bilal Yavas, from Turkey, will contribute to this task and work jointly with Simone on its design and implementation. The question which aroused was about the possibility to put video on our project’s website and Simone said that it is possible and he will assist those who do not know how to do it.

6. Partners also discussed the Evaluation forms - Simone, Vesna and Kari designed monitoring tools which would measure the partners local activities, short reports on what actually was undertaken to involve local learners and disseminate the partnership activities to media and other actors, to record deductive approach to learning about art and landscape and to register these activities through Pedagogical cards and evaluation forms which would support our project and will be a part of the final outcome. Evaluation forms should be sent to Norwegian partner for collection and further analyses.

7. Kari will finalise the Questionnaire Form.8. Greek partner will be responsible for the outcome material – each mobility will produce

some material suitable for collection (e.g. photographs, videos, written material, music, art or craft etc.) and recording (such as all websites and digital forms including social media).

9. We decided that Mobility Registration Forms (designed by our Coordinator) must be sent prior to mobility to our host. This will include the names of the participants, their contacts, flight details and the hotel as well as the number of dates in the host country and any special requirements (food, sleeping arrangements, ability to walk or take part in some other outdoor activities, etc.).

10. Simone will ask Bilal to send to him his presentation of his company for the joint website and he will design the social media (Facebook, forum? Etc.) and inform us when and how to use it.

11. The dates for the future mobilities are confirmed with possibility to change one or two days + - we shall discuss that on each future mobility and make a new arrangement or change plan accordingly.

12. We decided to change this initial meeting plan of giving the partners information all in one go, so instead we gave individual organisations presentations in groups of three in the following days because they involved visual media and sound nd need longer time to be presented and discussed.
