Sales commissions – Direct connect them to your

sales staff’s (or sales rep) sales

Bonuses – Include with payroll

Recruiting expenses – Peg them to change in new

employees

Debt - Many forget to include Interest Expense on

the income statement even though the Company

has incurred Debt
