Man power is the biggest problem we are facing right now, as they expect the high salary to take care the children, if any of the organizations such as companies, sponsor for one year or two years by providing the salary for the special teachers who is expert in dealing the mentally retarded children. It will be huge shot in the arm for us, group of 30 – 40 employees can also take care the salary of one or two staffs for one year.

Building Infrastructure is utmost important to look after the children, Raising funds is top most necessity as any one of the big corporates take care the maintenance means they will be relieved of a huge worry.
