Emergency Road Service -In the event of the covered Vehicle being immobilized due to a Flat battery, Flat Tyre, alternative arrangements will be made to make the covered Vehicle mobile again. In the event of the Covered Vehicle getting immobilized as a result of Accident and/or breakdown, suitable arrangement will be made by AGA for towing away of the Covered Vehicle from the spot of immobilization to nearest authorized dealer workshop.

Program Benefits

Medical Coordination- In the event of the Covered Vehicle meeting with an Accident, Customer can call on the Toll Free Number, to obtain details regarding the nearest medical center that can provide emergency relief services. Cost of the medical services to be borne by the customer.

Covered area: AGA would provide its Assistance services up to a distance of 100km distance from centre of the cities as listed , as long as the vehicle has broken down on a gazetted, bitumen road. The vehicle must be inside of the Covered Area. Specifically, the customer can be anywhere in those Covered Areas except for at a Authorized Dealer or workshop. In other words, AGA shall provide assistance to a customer when at home, on the roadside, on the highway, in a parking lot, etc. as long as the vehicle has broken down on a gazetted, road. But if he or she is already at an Authorized Dealer or workshop, then they are not entitled to Assistance Services under the Assistance Services.

Lockout Services -In the event of Customer losing keys of the Covered Vehicle, arrangement for the pickup and delivery of spare keys to the spot where the Covered Vehicle is within the home city else suitable arrangement will be made by AGAA for towing away of the Covered Vehicle from the spot of immobilization to nearest authorized dealer workshop.

Hotel Stay -In the event of the Covered Vehicle meeting with an breakdown, occupants of the Covered Vehicle will be provided with a hotel accommodation for one day provided the event has occurred beyond 100 kilometers from the center point of the covered city of Customer’s residence but within 100 kilometers of another covered city and the time to repair the Covered Vehicle will exceed 12 hours from the time of reporting the incident. The accommodation benefits would be offered subject to a per day per person limit up to Rs. 2000 or actual whichever is less and not exceeding total limit of Rs. 16000 for all the occupants of the Covered Vehicle throughout the Policy Period

Program Benefits

Essential Fuel Delivery -In the event of the Covered Vehicle being immobilized due to an empty fuel tank and/or contaminated fuel, arrangement for supply of up to 5 liters of petrol or diesel on chargeable basis or towing of the Covered Vehicle to nearest authorized Dealer/ workshop as the case may be, provided the event has occurred within 100 kilometers from the center point of the covered city and the Covered Vehicle has not reached a workshop/repairer situation.

Taxi for Onward Journey-. In the event of the Covered Vehicle meeting with an accident/breakdown, arrangement for a free travel of the occupants of the Covered Vehicle will be made to a single destination up to 50 kilometers from the spot of immobilization through a taxi provided the event has occurred within 100 kilometers of the covered city of and the Covered Vehicle has to be towed away to nearest authorized Dealer workshop.

Legal assistance :In the event of the covered vehicle being met with an accident, legal assistance may be provided over the phone during the working hours of the week

Urgent Message Relay: Due to unforeseen reasons the customer may be unable to connect with his family or friends for help. In such cases where the customer’s car is immobilized ,on customer's request we can arrange a conference on the phone number shared by her

Reimbursement of Benefits organized by the Customer-In case of some reason AGA is not able to arrange the services for the covered customer then ,AGA would request customer to arrange services for himself on a reimbursement basis within the defined limits subject to submission of original receipts.AGA is not liable to reimburse the amount in case the claim is made prior to intimation/approval of AGA. The customer would send original receipts to: AGA Assistance (India) Private Ltd, 1st Floor ,DLF Square ,DLF City ,Phase II, M-Block Jacaranda Marg, Gurgaon -122002,Haryana.
