Bajaj Finserv Limited is the holding company for the financial services

businesses of the Bajaj Group.

The financial services and wind energy businesses were transferred to

Bajaj FinServ Limited (BFS) as part of the recently concluded demerger

of Bajaj Auto Limited, approved by the Hon. High Court of Judicature atBombay by its order dated December 18, 2007.

from Bajaj Auto Limited) and Allianz SE. Both enjoy a

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance received the Insurance

Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) certificate

of Registration on 2nd May, 2001 to conduct General

Insurance business (including Health Insurance business) inIndia. The Company has an authorized and paid up capital of

Rs.110 crores. Bajaj Finserv Limited holds 74% and the

remaining 26% is held by Allianz, SE.
