Upon successful completion of the LEED AP exam, one should possess the ability to integrate sustainable design concepts through the LEED Certification process
What is LEED Certified
A Building must satisfy all of the LEED prerequisites and a minimum of 26 points based on the USGBC LEED Rating System. The points are accrued by satisfying the credits. The total points accumulated place the project in one of the certification levels below: Certified 26 32 pts Silver 33 - 38 pts Gold 39 51 pts Platinum 52 - 69 pts

Note: Passing one of the three exam options above will allow a LEED-AP to work on any LEED project

How To Sign up for the LEED AP Exam
The exam is $250 (As USGBC members, MBH Employees receive a $100 discount)
Get the MBH USGBC Membership ID# from Stacey or Andrea
Visit the USGBC Website at: www.usgbc.org Create a profile on the USGBC website to
receive an eligibility ID. Be sure to use the MBH Corporate ID # when creating your profile.
Once registered you can proceed to the Prometric Website to select the exam site and schedule the exam.
LEED-AP Exam Tips
Be aware of time! Write down notes on scratch paper before the
exam begins. Write down notes on scratch paper during the
exam. Read and Re-read all questions thoroughly If you do not know the answer, leave it blank or
mark it tentatively.
Once you have passed the LEED AP Exam
Fill out a non-reimbursable expense report . Bill to 81093/040/002
Attached a copy of the LEED AP Certificate to verify that you did PASS the exam
The expense report NEEDS to be signed by Stacey or Andrea
Turn it into Carol Averill in accounting You will be reimbursed for the $250 (only) within
2 weeks.
