1. Attached is the Memorandum No. 058 regarding the SEAMEO RELC scholarshipprogramme on Certificate in English Teaching�Secondary (CELT-S). This program isdesigned by Cambridge English for in-service teachers of English working in secondaryschools. It is a blended learning course that can be completed with fonnal assessment,leading to CELT-S qualification.

2. Please see attachment for further details of the said scholarship program.

3. Immediate dissemination of and appropriate action for this Memorandum is desired.
