RULESBecause of the Brucellosis Scheme the Cattle Section is open to animals
from Accredited Herds only. 1. No prize shall be given when the Judges consider there is insufficient merit, or
when an exhibitor has been guilty of fraudulent practice. 2. The Committee will not be responsible for any accidents to persons or property
on the premises in which the Show is held and in which the cars are parked. 3. All animals are to be on the Field by 9.00am Judging will start promptly. 4. The Judge’s decision will be final in all matters of dispute. 5. All cheques and postal orders shall be payable to “Nevern Agricultural &
Horticultural Society”. 6. Entries to be in the hands of the Secretary by 24th July, 2013. Entries for
Horticultural Section may be made on morning of Show. 7. No prize-winning animals will be allowed to leave the field before the parade
without a written permit from the Secretary. 8. A parade of all prize-winners will take place after the judging and anyone
refusing to take his animals will forfeit all prize money won at the Show. 9. The Committee will not be responsible for any error which may appear in the
Schedule or Catalogue, or for any entry made in the wrong Class, and reserves the right to amend same in any way whatever.
10. All animals must be treated as being in the sole charge of the exhibitor or his servant during the whole of the Show, and the Committee shall not be responsible for any loss or damage. Unruly animals will be turned out of the field. All bulls must have two attendants whilst in the Show ring.
11. Only the signed award of the Judges will be accepted by the Secretaries as evidence that a prize has been awarded.
12. On arrival at the Show, all exhibits in the Cattle and Sheep Classes are to be tied or penned, as the case may be, in the appropriate section of the ground set aside for the particular breed or class and are not to remain inside the transport vehicles.
13. All objections must be made in writing and handed to the Secretary on the day of the Show, and any persons lodging an objection must deposit £1 with the Secretary, which sum will be forfeited if the objection or dispute is found to be frivolous, and all objections and questions of dispute shall be referred to the Committee whose decision shall be final, and from which there shall be no appeal, legal or otherwise.
14. A Patron of the Society shall be a subscriber of not less than £12.00 annually. (The privileges to which a Patron is entitled include 50% reduction on entry fees, free car park and admittance for two persons.)
15. Any Horse or Pony exhibited in Classes carrying a height restriction is liable to be measured on the authority of the Committee whether or not a certificate is produced.
16. For Local and Championship Classes no rosette shall be worn.17. The Committee reserves the right to change or amend the order of judging
without prior warning if such occasion arises.18. Cup winners shall be liable for damage to cups in their possession or their loss.
To be returned by 30th June in year following Show.19. It is the responsibility of all owners/exhibitors to ensure that their animals have
adequate insurance.

BIO-SECURITY AT NEVERN SHOWDue to the current regulations governing cattle and sheep at agricultural shows,
the show field has been changed to conform. Please help us and yourselves by following the directions given by signs and stewards. Thank you for your co-operation.
