Parts Crib Entrance Regulations• The ONLY people who are allowed in the Parts Crib are Authorized Users (Team
Members who have badge access).
• All Authorized Users must be trained and signed the training matrix for the TBare Inventory Manger system.
• All Unauthorized people must be accompanied by an Authorized Users at all time in the Parts Crib.
• All parts and equipment must be check out of system before leaving the Crib.
• If the part or equipment is not in the system, authorized users must record the information on the Interim Checkout Sheet.
• If the unauthorized user needs to check-out anything, it must be done by the authorized user who is accompanying him/her using the unauthorized user information.

TBare Overview• TBare is a Spare Parts Inventory Management System– Capabilities:
• Lookup Items– Effective Spare Parts tracking/sorting
» Can monitor what items are being checked in & out• Can also monitor who is checking items in & out
• Link Items to Equipment– Creates a more efficient PM process
» Can link Spare Parts to a particular PM Schedule connected to a piece of equipment
• Check Out Reports– See what items are currently checked out– See check out history
• Re-Order Reports– Automatically have Tbare re-order items that fall below a specified minimum
value– See what items have been re-ordered already

Editing an Item Record• You can edit an Item Record in TBare, however, there are several
fields that should not be edited.

DO NOT EDIT:
1) Do not edit “Master Description,” send me a note via the mail function to correct.
2) Do not edit “DSSI Number” as that is the link back to DSSI data. Blank it out if adding a new part. If you a new part with a new DSSI number, send me a note via the mail function that you added the part.
3) Do not edit “Manufacturer Part No,” as that is the link field back to INFOR.
4) Do not use any part flagged “Obsolete.” They will eventually be deleted. If obsolete part is only one that matches your inventory, make sure to mark it RFQ for pricing.

MRO Inventory Manager & INFOR AdministratorReporting to Maintenance Manager and/or MRO Buyer
• Daily:– Receive delivered items to the plant, enter them in the crib system, put in their proper
location and Print Work Order if Repair/Project Order Related & inform person for whom the part was ordered.
– Add parts to the inventory system as required including Picture, Corrected Description, Qty On Hand, Re-Order Point & Re-Order Quantity, considering lead time and substitute parts.
– Maintain Log of Part Request Forms so data is available when parts are received.– Maintain Purchase Order Log and Packing Slip file.– Close previously completed Work Orders, (when INFOR system is ready) add Parts Used
to INFOR record and update PM Schedule and Tasks as directed.– Add new equipment to PM system, request corporate transfer of equipment coming to
or leaving the plant, request corporate withdrawal of equipment being scrapped or sold.– Create kits of open Work Orders as directed.– Manage check in and out of company owned maintenance equipment in TBare.– Responsible for 5S process in the crib area. – Conduct “0” Bin Walk-Thru to make sure TBare Qty On hand is correct.– Back-Up TBare System Daily

MRO Inventory Manager & INFOR AdministratorReporting to Maintenance Manager and/or MRO Buyer
• Weekly:– Conduct physical audits of crib inventory for accuracy and adjust Re-Order Point & Re-Order
Quantity requirements as necessary.– Generate Work Orders for following week and review part stock required.– Distribute Work Orders to all departments.– Generate reports of Open, Completed and Late Work Orders for all departments.– Work with Maintenance Manager adjusting PM frequency and Tasks based on real world data.– Request Task additions, edits and adjustments from corporate AME as directed by Technical
Manager.– Develop where-used data for critical parts on high risk production equipment, prepare and enter
into TBare, set Priority Flag in TBare– Act as liaison between MRO Buyer and keep-stock suppliers.– Generate INFOR reports identifying equipment with inaccurate information, missing PM
schedules, obsolete worksheets and improper Tasks. – Generate list of parts below minimum requirements and create DSSI shopping cart.– Review keep-stock re-order list with Maintenance Manager and identify candidates for inclusion
in the crib. (Goal is to eliminate Higher Price Keep Stock with Plant/TBare managed Check-Out & Restock)
– Review TBare Open Order list & Follow Up on Items not received in a timely fashion.– Make sure IT does a weekly backup of TBare & Photo file to Network Drive

MRO Inventory Manager & INFOR AdministratorReporting to Maintenance Manager and/or MRO Buyer
• Monthly:– Review monthly parts used list and identify
opportunities for quantity adjustments, new or additional suppliers, obsolete parts and cost savings opportunities.
– Identify PPE, office supplies and consumables for crib management. With Tech. Mgr. support, create and execute a plan to add items to the crib, vending machines, or other managed disbursement area in the plant.
