Support the Yield Manager in controlling rates in Fidelio.

Passing on sales leads to the Sales Department
Optimal communication and with all other departments, in particular Front Desk and Accounting
Support the Yield Manager in drawing up statistics and reports
Supervise quality checks for individual & group reservations

Constant checking on input reservations and updating inputs in the computer
Call-off / updating of reservations via the CRS system
Knowledge and correct application of various rates and rate codes
Confirmation of reservations by letter or fax

Support for the DBD or the Revenue Manager and the entire Business Development Department in maximizing revenue
Ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of guests / customers by an optimal service, taking account of the established standards.
Ensure commercial management techniques of availability control are applied to achieve a maximisation of room sales and revenue for the hotel.
Ensures availability is reviewed as per required standards and all restrictions are recorded.
Supervise the taking of reservations and operate systems in accordance with company standards.
