Environmental Analysis of Targeted Profile
Before pursuing towards specific employee research, our team develops a broad picture of the
environment in which the workforce operates. This is to analyze, how various environmental
factors influence the workforce.
GAP Analysis
In-depth meetings with Line Mangers (Assistant Managers / Managers) to discuss the gaps in the
required levels of competencies of their direct reports (officers and executives) and their
expectations regarding the impact of the training initiative.

Mobin ul Haque
BS Engineering, MBA, LUMS
A strong believer in immense human talent, Mobin enhances participants' performance and
productivity by unleashing their leadership potential. A qualified mechanical engineer and an
MBA from LUMS, he has a vast experience in trainings. He has been associated with this
profession since 1996 and during this time he has impacted the lives of thousands of
participants by offering training in various fields of leadership, marketing, and management.
As a co-founder and Director of TD, Mobin brings latest knowledge and out of box thinking to
the training industry. Mobin believes that every human being is a leader. It is only a matter of
unleashing his/her potential that can transform them from being an ordinary individual into a
pinnacle of human success. He helps participants understand and practice fundamental
leadership values and behaviors. He has worked in trainings with almost all national and

Khurram Khan
MBA, MS (IT)
He has more than 18 years of teaching, and training experience in the fields of IT and Computer
Sciences. He has planned, developed and conducted training in various areas of effective use
of Information Technology at workplace. He has trained thousands of professionals and
students from various industries and universities.
Khurram has diversified qualifications; he has MS degree in Computer Science and Masters in
Business Administration. His diversification makes him versatile and help in customizing his
trainings for organizational needs. Khurram specializes in conducting trainings of Microsoft

national and international organizations. He is known for result-oriented consultancies. He
provides research based training on strategic issues in the areas of Marketing and Human
Resources.
Dr. Nabeel Amin
PhD (UK)
Dr. Nabeel Amin is MS and Ph.D in Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Industrial
Processes from Leeds University, UK. He has expertise in manufacturing industry especially
Textiles and its allied industries. He has served in Higher Education Sector as Director and
Associate Dean for Textile and Industrial Schools along with other multiple positions and roles.
He has got several professional qualifications, international publications, books and PhD
scholars as students under his supervision. Having a healthy experience of higher education,
research & development, ISO 17025 auditing & implementation in several industries as ISO
17025 qualified assessor, training & consulting with ministries, public, private, corporate and
social sector, makes him rich in technological, managerial and processes. His areas of interests

Khalil Muhammad
B.BA, MBA (USA)
Khalil is an experienced trainer with an extensive international corporate exposure. He has
worked at senior positions and as trainer with Taco Bell Corp. (PepsiCo, Inc.) in USA, Ramada
Continental Hotel, Dubai, UAE, and Mallioti’s Exports, Nicosia, Cyprus.
As a trainer and educationist he has conducted various training programs for public and
corporate sector; such as OIC-Sharjah, FPCCI, Pakistan, Women Empowerment Group (WEG)
in collaboration with The United States Embassy in Pakistan, HBL, BOP, and PEL. He has

Lt Col (R) Dr. Imtiaz Mehmud
PhD
Lt Col (R) Dr. Imtiaz Mehmud, PhD is a practitioner of Complementary and Alternative
Medicine from more than 14 years and he has been conducting training, relaxation, meditation
and therapy sessions for a wide cross section of people.
He is a Master Practitioners of Neuro Linguistic Programming and PhD in “Time Lines” of
NLP. He is also a Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist, Silva Method Practitioner,

Muhammad Ali
MBA
Ali has twelve years of experience in the fields of Human Resource Management, Industrial
Relations and Administration. He is an HR consultant and has successfully developed and
implemented HR Manuals and complete HRIS, He has also conducted TNAs and in house
trainings for various organizations. He is well versed in ISO 9001-2008 and OHSAS 18001
certifications.
His other fortes include developing Organizational Structures, Job Descriptions and
Performance Management Systems. Ali did his MBA with majors in HR and Marketing. His

Hafiz Bilal Farooq

Bilal is a PhD scholar in the area of English language. He has a vast experience of conducting
