vacancies for 7895 posts of Government

Primary School Teachers.

The Notification provides a 5o/o reservation

for persons with disability, but specifically

bars visually irnpaired persons with total

blindness from applying to these posts.

a Notification dated 06-08-2008 issued by

Respondent No.1 calling for applicationsfrom only persons with disability to fill up

vacancies for 124 posts of GovernmentPrimary School Teachers,

The Notification seeks to appoint persons
