The p lan t w i l l d ramat i ca l l y reduce the amount o f suspended so l ids , phosphorous , n i t rogen and o rgan i c s be ing d i s cha rged in to the Ba l t i c Sea . A 4 0% to 6 0% reduc t ion in heav y meta l s a l t s i s a l so e xpec ted .
