be maintained by customer itself but contains a high risk as no
version history exists for this Data Model.
11
Show Full Name in History Pages
What is it?You can show the name of the user next to the user name in the Last modified by field in the History pages of effective-dated HRIS elements. Why is it important?Showing the full name rather than the user ID in the History page makes it easier to identify employees who last changed the record. Most people find it easier to identify users by their names instead of their IDs.PrerequisitesNone

UniversalConfiguration Type:

Heads-Up on 2H-2020 Release
What is it?Event Reason Derivation XML Rules Change to Business Rules Within Second Half 2020
ReleaseAs of the Second Half 2020 Release, the Event Reason Derivation XML rules template is
deprecated in your system and any existing rules in XML will be translated into “onSave” business rules and automatically migrated for you.
Why is it important? An intense testing should be applied post migration. More details can be found on the SAP SuccessFactors Community.PrerequisitesNone – SAP SuccessFactors will be performing this migration for you as part of the Second Half 2020 Release.
2H-2020
UniversalConfiguration Type:
GP Strategies:SAP standard migration of the rule can bring in some risks especially in case you have very complex Derivation Rules. In this case you should
consider a manual migration before 2H-2020 Release.
