1. Create ALL necessary profiles: Google Scholar, Bing Academic, Publisher spesific services

2. publish lectures, conference presentations etc: Slideshare

3. publish ”pre-print” versions of journal articles and conference papers: Researchgate, academia.edu

4. record and/or stream important academic events (e.g. my doctoral defence). Publish recordings

5. promote your activities, presentations and papers: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN etc.
