Preserved Olives

• Olives
• Salt
• Thyme/ Rosemary
Tools• Washbowl
• Pot
• Little poon /Tool to mix the salted water
ELABORATION
1) Classify the good and bad olives.
2) Wash the olives.
3) Put olives until half pot.
4) Put a branch of thyme.
5) Fill the pot with the olives.
6) Put another branch of thyme.
7) Mix water with salt.
• Portions: Eight portions of water per one of salt
8) Fill the pot with the salted water.
9) Close the pot. 3/4 months later you can eat them
