• Little poon /Tool to mix the salted water

1) Classify the good and bad olives.

2) Wash the olives.

3) Put olives until half pot.

Page 7: Preserved Olives

4) Put a branch of thyme.

Page 8: Preserved Olives

5) Fill the pot with the olives.

Page 9: Preserved Olives

6) Put another branch of thyme.

Page 10: Preserved Olives

7) Mix water with salt.

• Portions: Eight portions of water per one of salt

8) Fill the pot with the salted water.

9) Close the pot. 3/4 months later you can eat them
