The account is in a charge off status with a balance owing of
$33,712.60. "Charge off' means that thecredit grantor wrote your
account off of their receivables as a loss, and it is closed to
future charges.When an account displays a status of "charge off',
it means the account is closed to future use, althoughthe debt is
still owed. Once an account is placed into a charged off status it
is no longer assessed interestor late fees. A deficiency balance
may be collected upon indefinitely.
We have enclosed a copy of the contractual agleement and payment
history for the above referencedaccount. The information reported
to the credit reporting agencies, regarding the above
referencedaccount is true and correct according to account records.
