Our representatives have the specific training and experience to successfully service subrogation receivables. They are trained to explore all avenues of recovery. They also do an asset investigation to determine the debtor’s ability to pay the debt.

Training & Compliance
Collectors are subject to self-guided tutorial programs that cover the FDCPA, FCRA and the Professional collection Telephone Techniques.
All collectors must pass test in each of these areas to move forward.
Collectors are trained extensively on our application software.
Instruction is given in basic collection theory and procedures. The trainees receive intensive instruction in the methodology
of negotiating a payment arrangement. Role play is utilized extensively as a learning tool. The collectors learn about the common debtor responses and
objections. They are taught to handle each situation with professionalism and diplomacy. The trainees learn to recognize and resolve valid disputes.
Collectors are frequently re-trained and monitored to achieve peak performance.

planning. We have partnered with SonicWall for network security Veritas’s Symantec for data backup, and Dell for hardware. Our offsite tape rotation ensures that we will have full data capabilities. Our process maps out different response scenarios based on the disaster.

Data Security
Data Security Review and ProcessOur collection software, CollectOne, employs data encryption over the wire and data encryption at rest technologies, to ensure integrity and security at every level. We use SonicWall for our security platform. It features a deep packet inspection firewall, 802.11b/g secure wireless, gateway anti-virus, anti-spyware, intrusion prevention, content filtering, failover/failback technologies, and IPSec in one solution.Greentree & Associates systems require users to reset passwords frequently.
Handling of AccountsOur collection system CollectOne records all account activity with action and result codes. Specific date and time stamps are recorded on each account for all activity. These notes are secure and are a permanent record.
Server RoomGreentree & Associates collection technology is located in a secure locked location within our main office in Escondido, CA.
