)ating team has spread since the

It was voted at the Ag. Club meet-
ing on Monday night to accept the
challenge to debate issued by the Ag.
Club ot the College of Agriculture of
the University of Georgia, and to
carry forward negotiations towardthe arrangement of such a debate.
SGeorgia's letter Ef challenge was
read at the club meeting and it pro-
poss that the contest be held t
Gainesville this year with a return
engagement in Athens next year.
Georgia further proposes that she
send down a list of three subjects of
which Florida shall select one and
choose the side of the question theyeltpose to defend. Next year Florid.will submit the subjects and Georgiado the selecting. Each club is to payone-half of any expenses incurred.
Georgia holds a similar debate each
year with Auburn and believes that
one with Florida will do much to
bring the two colleges closer togeth-
er, It is to be hoped that this con-
test can be arranged and that the Ags.will respond when a call for debaters
is sent out
