1. Update on Teams a. W/M Cross Country MXC ranked 3rd, WXC ranked 3rd in state as well. CC invite this week and next b. M/W Soccer, W ranked 13th in state, M 4-1 in conf, c. W/M Water Polo W undefeated, d. Football 5-1, Citrus this weekend e. Wrestling, 7-1 ranked 3rd in state f. W Volleyball currently 2nd in SCC g. W Golf h. Pep i. W/M Basketball W: midnite madness this sat after ftbl game

2. Alumni Day Game: teams meet at Ambulance ramp for half time introduction 3. Academic Counselor’s report - Shane

a. Monday Oct 27 N4A conf presentation to our student athletes about admissions and questions and answers. 4:30 pm at the DTC lecture hall

4. Grade Checks - Joe 1. Encourage kids to introduce themselves to the professors and let them know they appreciate their professors

participation in the process. 2. We could have data available to us as early as Monday of the 9th week to get students started on the student success

workshops. 5. WIN Center: - Marc

1. Some issues with the sign in process: starting Monday Oct 27 all student athletes will be required to have their student ID when they check in.

2. Quiet room is available during the day for use 6. SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Council) – Clark

1. Need all sports to participate 2. Please assign 2 reps from your sport and encourage them to attend meetings 3. Now a member of the ICC on campus 4. Will be a part of Alumni weekend and participating

7. Nutrition program (Joe and Debbie) 1. How to better educate students on nutrition

a. Working with Sandra Wetherilt and Doug York on this project b. Registered dietician on campus to help our student athletes

2. SNEP (Sports Nutrition Education Program) 8. Technology. What are we using? What do we want to use? Send to me please.

1. Is there a common video analysis program we could all utilize? a. Vid swap b. Huddle c. Synergy d. Coaches eye

2. Seems to be somewhat sport specific. 3. Since most of our software requires license, need to be able to purchase license. Send in software needs to

div ASAP and make sure it is in your PIE Report, Div will work on compiling needs and costs to develop budget for such items

9. Transportation 1. Follow up with all requests, check for accuracy of dates and times

10. Web re design 1. New version could be up by end of Sept. or Mid Oct. 2. Have included a snap shot of what it will look like (main and team pages)

11. Hall of Fame – Marc 1. Sat Feb 7 is the Banquet date

12. Facilities Update: Construction – Joe 1. Possible start now could be after fall of 2015

a. Possibly moving forward with infrastructure, but not losing fields b. Possibly start early 2016 and occupy late 2017 c. Modulars d. Baseball field getting new turf

13. On line store – Marc 1. New options now available to customize by sport

1. Monday Oct 27 at 4:30 pm in the DTC lecture hall will be college reps ready to answer questions and provide information to our student athletes looking to transfer.
