FIELD REPLACEABLE LED LIGHT ENGINEis serviceable through the aperture with a Philips screwdriver. All USAI Lighting Classic White light engines feature industry-leading color consistency within a 2-Step MacAdam Ellipse.
FIELD REPLACEABLE DRIVER 0-10V, 100%-10% solid state electronic constant current D2 dimming driver with a high power factor provided standard and sources 2mA (MDF12 sources 4mA). Note 12 cell requires two drivers for each type. Driver complies with IEEEC62.41 surge protection and is serviceable from above or below the ceiling. Other dimming drivers optionally available.

HOUSING, INTEGRAL DRIVERMicro new construction housing is fabricated of 18 and 20 gauge steel with black fi nish. Thru wire junction box with 6-10 knockouts features a slide mechanism that allows for easy below-ceiling access for service. MDF04 NC housing accepts D2 and D19 drivers only.
MOUNTINGMicro fi xtures that are provided with an overlap fl ange are designed for use in sheetrock, acoustical ceiling tile, wood/millwork, and many other ceiling materials up to 1” thick maximum. Butterfl y brackets and adjustable nailer bars extendible from 14” to 24” centers with integral nails are provided for attachment to building structure. Butterfl y brackets can be relocated in the fi eld to adjacent sides of housing. C-channel bars are optionally available for acoustical ceiling applications.
WARRANTYBased on IESNA LM80-2008, Micro has a 50,000 hour rated life at 70% lumen maintenance (L70). USAI Lighting Warranty covers replacement parts for 5 years from date of shipment.

REMOTE DRIVER HOUSINGNew construction tray is fabricated of 20 ga. steel construction and is supplied with quick connects for use with remotely located driver. Driver is provided separately for remote location on site, enclosure to be provided by others.
REMOTE LOCATION DRIVER All remote dimming driver options must be clearly specifi ed in the “RP” table. Remote power supplies require enclosures by others that meet local codes and must be located in an accessible service panel within 100ft of the light fi xture; see remote driver details for coordination of enclosure sizes. All dimming drivers comply with IEEE C62.41 surge protection.
REMOTE LOCATION EMERGENCY Remote emergency battery IOTA ILB-CP07 provides 200mA to one fi xture for 90 minutes. When used with multichannel power supplies, emergency battery supplies power to 1 fi xture only through channel 1. Remote power supplies with EM option require an enclosure with minimum size of 14.5”L x 6.5”W x 3”H by others that meets local codes. Battery is not available with 08H1 LED.
