with magnificent views overlooking the racecourse surrounds and the picturesque Dorrigo mountain ranges, the most eastern part of the Great Dividing Range. Situated just minutes away from Coffs Harbour’s city centre with ample off-street parking our four venues vary in style and size so as to suit your special needs. Our packages provide a full range of delicious and healthy menus using the freshest produce with special dietary needs catered for. Custom made specialty themes and menus designed to your requirements are also available.

The Merv Mercer Auditorium Ideal for larger receptions comfortably seating 150 to 750 guests on banquet round tables (seating 10 guests per table) with parquetry dance floor to compliment your occasion and raised staging for the Bridal table if required.
The Jim Browning Lounge Located on the first floor adjacent to the Merv Mercer Auditorium, this room has a relaxed seating capacity of up to 120 guests on banquet round tables with 4m X 5m portable dance floor. With own amenities, bar and a private balcony this room lends itself for the perfect reception room.
The Corporate Lounge Situated alongside the racecourse parade ring on ground level, this lounge will seat up to 80 guests on banquet round tables, with a fully equipped bar, all amenities and a paved secure courtyard. Easily themed, this room lends itself for informal and cocktail party style receptions.
The Trackside Lounge This private venue adjacent to the main grandstand building offers a unique and individual location looking along the racecourse Winning Straight. All amenities are provided within the room with a comfortable seating capacity of up to 60 guests on banquet round tables. This room is ideal for the intimate reception.

This is your special day ~ so we would like to help you in any way we can to make it a memorable occasion that you will look back on and cherish for years to come. As part of our services we provide complimentary champagne flutes engraved with the date and names of the Bride and Groom. You may hold your Ceremony in our spacious grounds, with the mountains as an idyllic backdrop for a small nominal fee, depending on your requirements. Includes wet weather option, 12m Red carpet, 60 chairs and clothed registration table. Please don’t hesitate to ask us for more details on our individual services such as dressed marquee for celebrant & bridal party, Market shade umbrellas and coloured draping.

Packages are per person, minimum 80 adult guests,
