10 Student feedback mechanism on faculty performance
Feedback is collected for all courses in the department.
Common questionnaire form is designed at the college level for all the departments by
considering all the dimensions of the teaching-learning process.
The feedback form is distributed to each student and collected back by the senior
faculty.
The feedback information is analyzed for each and every course including laboratories.
Feedback form is collected twice in a semester.
First feedback survey is made after the first cycle test of that semester and second
feedback survey is made before the commencement of model exam.
11 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
The grievance redressal committee (GRC) is formed as per clause 1 of section 23 of the

environment. It ensures transparency by imparting technical education in admission,
preventing unfair practice, complaints of alleged discrimination by students of scheduled
caste, scheduled tribe, OBC, Women, Minority or Disabled categories, Scholarship
issues.
OBJECTIVES:
Linking with a well-defined Disciplinary System to make it acceptable to all.
All actions should be prompt for better Redressal of Grievance.

without any fear of being victimized.
To provide the Students access to immediate, stress free option to have their Grievances
redressed.
To ensure effective solution to the students' grievances with an impartial and fair
