Hired an assistant (Consultant, couldn’t hire people without a legal entity)
Looked for cooperation partners; legal, financial, bank and real estate…
KMD operational location is a business lounge in a hotel…
December 2014
Went through the registration process of KMD Poland Sp. z.o.o. incl. capitalization
Started the process for finding suitable locations, realized that a temporary location was needed, found 8 potential permanent locations
Started a tender-like process in regard to furniture
Screened the 8 potential locations together with FM, Security and network people from KMD A&S
Moved office to Regus

Started negotiations with network and technical equipment vendors
Signed contract with furniture vendor and ordered the furniture for 110 workstations according to Polish standard
Hired external financial service firm to take care of bookkeeping, public reporting and statistics

Started the shopping of everything you could think of…
Started preparing the movement plans
Re-established the network in the temporary office
Started plan moves from external consultant vendors to the KMD Poland office
Borrowed temporary furniture from the furniture vendor, so we could move the first people as planned by primo March
Started the blog in Danish for KMD employees in Denmark

The first consultants moved into KMD Poland’s office in Warsaw
Consecutive move of consultants from external vendors to the KMD Poland office, around +40 consultants in KMD Poland office ultimo March
Signed LOI on potential permanent location
Legal due diligence of the lease contract for the permanent location
Started negotiations with the landlord regarding fit-out, architecture and future technical setup, etc.
Had again visit from FM, Security and network in regard overall plans/architecture for the permanent office
Hired the first KMD Poland staff
Started the hiring process of HR Manager, Finance Manager and 5 Competence Managers

The fit-out started of the permanent office
