Proposed native hedgerow and tree planting tosite boundary enhances local biodiversity,improves green infrastructure links andprovides extra screening to the development.

Planted bank - Maximum 1 in 2 embankmentplanted with shrub and groundcover planting.

Informal flat lawn area suitable for active playand passive recreation.

Copses of native parkland trees define lawnspace and provide visual interest throughoutthe space.

Formal clipped hedges frame the open spaceand provide screening from the entranceroad.

Proposed steps between upper and lowerlevels.

Planted terrace - consisting of 2x 1.5m highretaining walls planted with a mix ofornamental shrub and groundcover plantingand multi-stemmed trees. Line of fastigiatetrees planted to the front of the wall to reducevisual effects.

Entrance Feature - contrasting bands offeature paving, a mix of ornamental shrub andgroundcover planting with multi-stemmedtrees and space for signage.

Proposed 1.2m high stub wall and railing tosite boundary, refer to dwg no. 105. Formalhedge planting to inside of railing. Plantedbuffer between apartments and publicfootpath.

Existing line of mature trees to site boundaryto be retained.

Proposed wildflower meadow improveslocal biodiversity and reduces repetitivemaintenance operations.
