JOBSUMMARY: Thisfulltime40hour/weekpositioninourinboundcustomerservicecentersupportsphonesalesandcustomerserviceforpatronsoftheAT&TPerformingArtsCenterandourpartners.SeniorAgentswillbethefirstandprimarycontactforpatronstakingthemajorityoftheCenter’s inboundcallvolumeeachday.SeniorAgentsareresponsiblefortakingallphonecallsinatimelyandefficientmanner.
The positionwill be scheduled to generally work 5 days per week between the hours of 9:30am to 6:00pmMonday-Friday. However,theflexibilitytoworkanyshifttosupportoureventcalendarandbusinessneedswillbenecessary. Thispositionisagreatfitforanyonewithticketing,callcenterorboxofficeexperienceaswellasaninterestandappreciationoftheperformingartsand/orentertainmentindustry.
PositionResponsibilities(includebutarenotlimitedto):
• Support theday today ticketing, sales and customer serviceoperationsof theCenter and itspartnersinthecustomerservicecallcenter.
• Respond to patron inquiries regarding events, ticketing, parking, website navigation,membershipservicesandoverallcustomerservice/salesassistance.
• Communicateeffectivelyandmaintainhighstandardsofcustomerservicewitheachinteractionoverthephoneandviae-mail.
• De-escalatesituationsandresolveissuesquicklyandefficiently.• Print,auditandpackageticketstoeventsformailingorwill-call.• AccuratelyenterpatronandorderinformationintotheTessituraticketingsystem.• Actively monitor all Center customer service email accounts and communicate with other
departmentstoobtaininformationrelevanttothecustomer’sinquiry.• CoordinatecomplimentaryandcharityticketrequestswiththeappropriateCenterdepartment.• Providerecommendations forstreamlinedprocesses thatoffer improvedbusinessefficiencies,
customerserviceandcustomerexperiences.• Balancecreditcardbatchesandassumingresponsibilityfortransactionaccuracy.• Additionalresponsibilitiesandtasksasassigned.
